The Parco Ferrini project transforms one of the most significant public landscapes in the center of Luino, turning a historic green area into a contemporary urban space. The intervention enhances the park’s original rationalist structure and its mature tree heritage, reinterpreting them as foundational elements of a more accessible and inclusive landscape. The new configuration redesigns the open-air arena, transforming it into a flexible device capable of hosting events, performances, and everyday activities. Circulation paths are reorganized to improve pedestrian continuity and strengthen connections with Piazza Risorgimento and the historic center, while green surfaces and seating areas are reimagined to ensure comfort, safety, and universal accessibility.
