The project represents a strategic intervention for the regeneration of the Rinaggiu Complex, transforming the area historically linked to the former Palazzina Comando into a fully accessible and inclusive park. The design integrates sensory pathways, recreational spaces, and sports facilities intended for users of all ages, creating an open-space system that promotes social interaction, well‑being, and community participation.

The new park emerges as a contemporary and identity‑defining place, where nature, accessibility, and collective life intertwine within a unified public landscape. The proposal focuses on the continuity of pathways, the removal of architectural barriers, and the enhancement of the natural context, shaping an environment that is welcoming, permeable, and immediately recognizable.
