9/13 is a recent residential complex part of the latest urban redevelopments in Milan. It was designed by Cino Zucchi Architects. It’s a linking area between the recent constructions in Porta Nuova and the historical part of the city. A suitable botanic variety of plants inside this small but lovely Milan courtyard gives peaceful corners where relaxing. The groundcovers and bushes design geometrical shapes that give interesting perspective of the site. The new collection of birch defines an elegant frame and a barrier to the frenetic city’s activities.
