Inside these famous Georgian areas of Kaketi, between Caucasian mountains and
infinite vineyards, it is going to build a unique Wine Resort designed by aMDL
(arch. Michele De Lucchi).
The orthogonal signs of the vineyards become a flexuous geometry that enfolds the
buildings of the new hotel and design a sort of Italian garden.

Inside the vineyards take space extraordinary places built with different kinds of roses or fragrant and colorful plants that are the perfect scenario for relaxing and enjoy the beautiful panorama of Caucasus.
Like a medieval monastery, the garden is not only an
ornament but solves the need for the hotel with fresh fruits (orchard) and vegetables (vegetable garden).
The common spaces are designed with simple and local materials and find harmonious relations with the Kaketian traditional for the production of wine.
